1. How long is the customized sample lead time?
A: It takes 2-3 days to make the formula sample. The package sample depends on actual requirement and production situation.
2. How long is the bulk order lead time?
A: For regular order, it takes about 25-30 days normally. It also depends on actual order situation.
3. Do you charge the sample cost?
A: It is for free to make material sample. The cost of package sample will be charged. Freight cost is at client’s side.
4. What about the payment term for bulk order?
A: Normally we accept 50% TT deposit before bulk order and 50% balance before shipment. Other terms can be negotiated.
5. How to pay sample cost and bulk order payment?
A: For sample cost, clients can pay through Paypal, Western Union, TT bank transfer
